Lankhorst Euronete Portugal reaffirms Achilles JQS Approval

Lankhorst Euronete Portugal SA, which includes Lankhorst Offshore, has reaffirmed its commitment to the Achilles Joint Qualification System (JQS) for suppliers to the Oil Industry in Norway and Denmark. Lankhorst Offshore is a leading supplier of offshore ropes for platform and FPSO moorings, and deepwater tether and deployment systems.

The Achilles JQS community was created in 1991, with a steering committee comprising representatives from various oil companies and some of the region’s largest Tier 1 buying organisations. Achilles JQS provides operators and main contractors with the confidence that all their suppliers are prequalified to the relevant Oil & Gas standards, including the new NORSOK S-WA-006N:2018 (based on IOGP 423) effective January 2019.

The Lankhorst Euronete Portugal SA products covered by the Achilles JQS certificate of qualification include material and product handling equipment, anchoring/buoying equipment, wires and steel chains including accessories, ropes and chains including connector accessories and mooring system services.
