Rope in which components are laid parallel to each other within an outer braided jacket (also called circular braided). The jacket is non-load bearing. Lankhorst GAMA98® hawsers have become the industry standard for FPSO/FSO tandem offtake mooring arrangements.

Lankhorst GAMA98® hawser ropes have been fully prototype tested and are manufactured, inspected and supplied in accordance with the OCIMF 2000 “Guidelines for the Purchasing & Testing of SPM Hawsers”.
